The “Esporte Movimento” exhibit will remain in Rio through September and displays items chosen by Roberto Gesta de Melo from his personal collection of over 70,000 pieces. It includes photographs, medals and trophies from Brazilian sporting history. The collection, which holds approximately 1,300 items, was previously hosted in six other Brazilian cities but arrived last week at the home of the 2016 Olympics just in time for the event.
